/Don't Quit Now

30 days ago, we made one promise
Don't quit now

Since then we've cried together
Prayed together, waited together
And watched God remind us
That He was never finished

Tonight, this isn't another song
This is the finale
And you're about to see why

Maybe this month you buried someone
Maybe your marriage almost ended
Maybe depression whispered
Maybe your bank account said broke
Maybe your body hurt
Maybe you cried when nobody could hear

But you're still here

Some carried grief
Some carried shame
Some almost gave away their faith
Some waited, some wondered
Some prayed prayers that seemed unanswered

But God healed what I couldn't fix

Yeah, I had no idea what God was about to do
So I passed through the pain
Since then, my life hasn't been the same
Don't quit now

It's by His grace that I have been saved
God silenced my season and for good reasons

He said, "Child, you made your bed
But you don't have to lie in it
Get up, I'm healing what you couldn't fix
It's the same storm with a different story
One that ends in glory"

Here's what I'm forgetting
Declaration

Don't quit now
Wait, Heaven hasn't finished speaking
Don't quit now
Grace is still reaching
Don't quit now

The audience hasn't been ended
Hold on
Jesus is holding you

Though I walk through valleys
You are with me
Though I grow weary
You renew my strength
Though I wait, You are working
Though I fall, You lift me again
Though I don't understand
I still trust You

To the mother, don't quit
God says you can exhale now

To the widow, don't quit
Deep is calling to deep

To the caregiver, God sees your tears
Don't quit

To the unemployed, you will survive
Don't quit

To the lonely, He lets God stay
Don't quit

To the person who almost gave up last night
God wants what hurts you most
Don't quit
Jesus is nearer than you know

If you've made it through this month
If you've made it through this year
If you've made it through today
If you're in this moment
This is your reminder

God told me to tell you this
Don't block your blessings
He's cleaning up your heart

Don't quit now

Let's pray together

Father, this month we laughed, we cried
We waited, we stumbled
But You never left us

Finish what You started
In every person listening today
Give strength to the weary
Hope to the hopeless
Peace to the anxious
Healing to the broken
And faith to those who feel like quitting

In Jesus' name, Amen

I had no idea what God was about to do
So I passed Him the pain
Since then, my life hasn't been the same
Don't quit now

It's by His grace that I have been saved
God silenced my season and for good reasons

He said, "Child, you made your bed
But you don't have to lie in it
Get up, I'm healing what you couldn't fix
It's the same storm with a different story
One that ends in glory"

If this month helped you
If one lyric carried you
If one prayer gave you strength
Promise me one thing
Don't quit now

Because God isn't finished with you yet

Whoa!
Whoa!
Whoa! Yeah! Yeah!
