DATA RETENTION POLICY
How Hit Trax stores and uses your data

We keep it simple

1: CONTACT DETAILS: Your Membership details are never sold or shared to third parties. When you become a member at Hit Trax, we consider your email address and contact details as private. For the purposes of sending subscribed newsletters to you, your email address and name are uploaded to one external mail service provider for the sole purpose of sending you new releases and special offers. As a member, you can opt out of newsletters.

2: CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL DETAILS: Hit Trax personnel never see or store your credit card number and/or PayPal login. When you press the payment button, you are moved off Hit Trax secure server and onto the secure off site payment gate (ANZ e-Gate or PayPal).

3: DATA RETENTION: The only data we store are your membership details and sales information and we store this information for a minimum seven (7) years as required by Australian Taxation Laws. Should you decide to cancel your membership, Hit Trax retains sales information in accordance with Australian laws.
