Hit Trax began as a small recording studio back in the late 1980's. Founded by John Ialuna and trading as Audio Production MIDI Files, the business grew from a small studio to a global supplier of quality backing tracks. Nowadays, Hit Trax has a stable of producers whose mission is to create high quality backing tracks for entertainers and bands.
Our company operations are based in two locations. Our studio is based in Vermont South, a suburb of Australia's most livable city - Melbourne. Once a vast expanse of apple, orange and stone fruit groves, Vermont South developed into a new and friendly suburb of creative and professionals.
Our administration and world wide customer service is based in the beautiful seaside province of Martha Cove / Safety Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, a vibrant centre of musical activity and creative arts.
Our fabulous producers are based in their own studios around the world.
